Now I totally want a super soaker full of Chamomile and a bandoleer of cough drops. You can fight it all you want, but if your snuggle bear gets sick, you’re screwed. Also, you’re gonna get sick too. Poor Obby the first year he was with me during convention season. I was fine, but I kept bringing home con crud. It was clinging to me or something. Lots of travel and long days with not very much sleep or food will do a number to your system. The first year I did conventions I was pretty much sick the whole year. Now I know that I get to pick one thing to skimp on: food or sleep. But I can’t skip both or I get a visit from the plague monkey.
We’ll be making the long trek to Portland this weekend to exhibit at Rose City Comic Con.
This’ll be the last convention of the year more than likely, which means you should drop by and hear Jen tell her silly stories before she gorges herself on donuts and hibernates for the winter.
I’ll just get her clone to do the massive amount of things we have planned.
We’ll be in Atlanta this weekend for DragonCon.
It’s just this thing, you know?
Jennie will be on a few panels over the weekend:
Comic Creators: Secret Origins
Hanover F – Hyatt
International North – Hyatt
201 – Hilton
Swing by our table in the Artist Alley in the basement of the Hyatt and watch as the convention grinds our minds down to a happy yet delirious nub.
