Okay, things got weird. Obby was boiling up the octopus that we got from the wedding registry last year (it was frozen solid all this time) and I was trying to figure out what kind of octo to draw and I thought batman and then I thought Bat and then…. well…. it got weird.
In the first episode of Jem and the Holograms, Jem is on a flying stage and she crashes a Misfits concert. If someone had spent the time and money to advertise and set up a show and someone else crashes it, who exactly would be the bad guy? Jem is one of those cartoons that you go back to and realize the animation is still awesome, but the message is a bit wonky. Also, still have the “Misfits in Hawaii” song stuck in my head.
