They definitely could have come down on price, but the odds of finding another certified-used bolt near that price with a good battery before the Oregon rebate window ended were slim.

Obby had work on his poker face with car dealers because apparently most dealerships didn’t know or care which bolts had limited batteries, and priced them all the same. Surely they were a little suspicious on why he was ignoring every other identical bolt on the lot.
There was one dealer in town that did know the difference and the price was higher.
