I’ll be at OryCon in Portland October 18-20
Artist alley is now alleys of grid wall and banners and towering curtains of art prints. It used to be a flat expanse of tables and you could see to both walls of the convention center. It used to be the Artist Prairies.
Death Strikes: The Emperor of Atlantis is amazing and Patrick Lay is an absolute delight to table with for a weekend.
I saw a group of horror movie villain Barbies at Emerald City Comic Con but was too shocked to get a photo.
I made a joke that I hadn’t tried to fit into a half table in twenty years…. then I did the math and realized it had pretty much been that long.
I haven’t done Emerald City comic con since before having kids. It was crazy to see so many people that I haven’t seen since growing two humans.
