I did a huge charcoal reproduction of this painting in college. Only now did I find a better photo of it where I can see MUCH more detail than the school book showed.
This is the photo quality that I’ve worked from.
And this is the photo that I’ve found with the extra detail.
I may have to go back and draw this again now that I can see more detail.
