I wrote this comic in 2018 but through pregnancy and pandemic, wasn’t able to post it until now. These were some awesome Emperor’s New Groove cosplayers.
The most painful part was hearing him tell the medics he didn’t want to go to the emergency room because he couldn’t afford it. He got it popped back in. Thirteen years between busted knee incidences isn’t a bad record for the Kilt Blowing though.
There’s a group of people who show up and run the kilt blowing at Dragon Con. They’re convention attendees who, for the past 14? years have made sure Kilt Blowing happens. They do crowd control, line control, deflect possible trouble, assist and guid and make sure nothing happens to the event that they love.

I’ll be set up in the Comics and Pop Artist Alley.

She did standard kilt checks where you lift the side to just show leg.
This is a relatively old leaf blower that we ended up using one of the panel room extension cords and I guess it wasn’t rated for Lawn Equipment. Someone left a couple twenties taped to it for next years leaf blower.
