I mean really, why should we bother trying to better society as a whole? If society wanted to be better, it would do it itself even with the crushing housing costs and slave wages and crippling healthcare costs and, wait, where did society get those pitchforks?
It’s either the fuckers who say “I had to do it so everyone else does too” or the backward fuckery concept that poor is lazy. Student Loan forgiveness, affordable housing or healthcare, and Universal Basic Income would save taxpayers and society SO MUCH. But selfish dickbags don’t want us to have a working society.
