After Thanksgiving dinner the tables were pushed back and the music was turned up. It was a lot of Merengue and Bachata. I tried to find some accurate musical notes but it was really just a shot in the dark. I pulled the music from Nada De Nada.

We never did get around to buying any Churros. I’m going to have to go down to Atlanta’s Buford Highway Farmers Market and get me some fried goodness.
We went to Miami for Thanksgiving to visit Obby’s family. His mother speaks some English but her limited vocabulary doesn’t stop her from communicating. I couldn’t keep up with this woman’s energy. I would only catch one or two Spanish words that I recognized and the rest turned into a hundred mile an hour blurred dialogue. It was awesome.
