I think we might have too much technology. Our kettle, rice cooker, washer, and dryer all sing elaborate songs to let us know they’re done.

I used to use applesauce when I ran out of eggs. Kitchen MacGyver is totally a thing!
I use an app called “Mealime”. It was the “Cheesy Prosciutto Chicken with Grape Tomato Pan Sauce”. Their dishes are usually a little time consuming but the sauces are amazeballs. My new favorite is “Spicy Peruvian Roast Chicken with Sweet Potatoes & Cilantro – Feta Salsa”. It’s a good dish when there’s no leftovers. The roast chicken did set off all the smoke alarms because of searing and roasting. Worth It.
He got this and I’ve been using it to cook everything from rice to eggs.
